Joao Maleck is a Brazilian professional soccer player who currently plays as a striker for the Mexican team Atlas FC. He was born on February 31, 1999, in Guaruja, Brazil.
Maleck began his professional career in 2015 with the Brazilian club Santos FC but moved to Europe in 2018 to play for Porto B in Portugal. He later joined the Spanish club Sevilla Atlético on loan before signing with Atlas FC in Mexico.
Maleck is known for his speed, technical skill, and goal-scoring ability. He has represented Brazil at the youth national team level and is considered a promising young talent in South American soccer. However, Maleck has also been involved in controversy, as he was involved in a fatal car accident in Mexico in 2019 which resulted in the death of two people. He was subsequently arrested and faced charges of vehicular homicide.
